Support
Write to support@suranyi.systems and a person will answer. If something went wrong with a specific recording, include the hearing name or the session identifier shown in the transcript list — it lets us find the job without asking you for it twice.
Getting an account
Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no self-service sign-up. If your firm already uses Truth Transcription, ask your administrator to add you. Otherwise write to the address above.
Signing in on the iPhone
The app signs in through the same web page as the browser — open the first tab and use your usual email and password. There is no separate app account.
Forgotten password
An administrator resets it for you from the admin page. There is no self-service reset, deliberately — an account here reaches recordings of legal proceedings, and we would rather a person handled that than an email link.
What the iPhone app needs
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Recording uses the microphone, and the preliminary transcript is produced on the device itself, so both microphone and speech recognition access have to be allowed — if you turned either down, iOS keeps the choice in Settings under Truth Capture until you change it there.
The first recording downloads the speech model once, which needs a connection. After that, recording and preliminary transcription work with no signal at all; uploading waits until you are back online.
Recordings and transcripts
A recording made on the phone is a backup and a preliminary draft. The court transcript is produced on a computer, where the equipment audio can replace the phone recording in the same session. The phone never deletes your local audio on its own.
